Beach to Bay Relay Marathon

Operation Dreamseed will have a team of runners participating in the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon. This event is held in Corpus Christi, TX on May 21st, 2011. Held annually on Armed Forces Day, the Beach to Bay honors our deployed Soldiers and is the largest relay marathon in the United States.

Operation Dreamseed’s TEAM SCHMIDT will be running in honor of our own Todd Schmidt, currently deployed in the Middles East, and in Memory of Trent Schmidt. We have two confirmed teams of 6 and hope to have 3 or more teams signed up by race day. Each runner will run/walk only 4.2 miles (because it is a relay, no one is allowed to run the entire marathon). Want to join us? This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. For the past 5 years ODS has participated in the Marine Corps Marathon. However, this year we decided a run on the beach would be a nice change and we can work on our tans!
